You may enroll in the Live Web Cast Room version of the Fabufit 12 Week Challenge, which begins late January on Monday nights, 8:30 Central time, or You may enroll in the Online Audio course, which will contain the same twelve lessons, but will not include the live teleclass calls or the team support.

TIME COMMITMENT: Live Web Cast Room Course: You will have twelve weekly classes at this same time each week in which you will meet with your team members and your coach to cement the step by step system you will be learning for forever change. You will become part of a community of overcomers. You will have a special Team members section on the www.fabufit.com website which will serve as your University Library. Online Audio Class will be done at your own pace throughout any four month timeframe.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT: For each course you will be encouraged to purchase specific supplements to repair your metabolism, detoxify your body of chemical fattening and damaging calories, and to restore and energize your system. These have been selected to give you the most advantageous and safe path to your fitness goals.

You will be given a list of Transformation foods to guide you in selecting health-filled, nutrient-dense food choices. You will be alerted as to which foods are highest in chemical fattening calories and recommended for organic purchase. The Fabufit System allows a FREE DAY once a week during which you may eat any choices you desire.

Your foods and food supplements are not included in the cost of your class.

Once you are enrolled, you will receive passwords to access the Members Only Section on the www.Fabufit.com website. Here you will find your Welcome Packet with your instructions for setting your 12 Week Breakthrough Goals, your simple instructions for steps in gathering your supplies and printing out your class documents, and a short Medical Release to be sent back to me.
